Born in 1969 in Minsk. Has a degree in Radio Engineering. From 1986 to 1992 served in the Armed Forces. From 1992 worked as a programmer, leading programmer, and the head of the IT department in the banking industry. From 1999 held an appointment as the head of the billing department of a GSM operator. In January 2002, Dmitry was invited to CBOSS Corporation as the head of the software design department. After the acquisition of Fujitsu Services Oy’s OBS business, Dmitry joined the Board of Directors of CBOSS Oy (the representative office of CBOSS Corporation in Finland) as the director of international projects. Married, has two children. Hobby: photography. |
