Step one - questionnaire


Have you made up your mind...?


You have learnt a lot about us already but we know nothing about you. So the first thing you have to do is to fill in our questionnaire. To do it interactively, pick an appropriate position from the list. After you have sent us the questionnaire, wait for the response from our HR manager who will guide you through the whole process of employment.

Even if you cant find a suitable vacancy in the list but you are a person of intellect and have analytical approach to problem solving, possess flexibility and a proven ability to handle several projects at once, email your resume and cover letter to reserve@cboss.ru we will find you the position meeting your potential and challenge.

First Day at CBOSS

If you pass the "Questionnaire selection", the HR manager will respond within 7 days. You will be asked to call back and arrange for an interview. Getting no reply within seven days means that the position you applied for was taken by a potential candidate and the responsible HR manager is actively seeking for another position that meets your requirements. Naturally, this does not mean that you did not pass the "Questionnaire selection" stage. Please stay assured that when the corresponding position[s] become available, the HR manager will contact you ASAP.
Our primary regulations are:

- A badge is your compulsory ID within the enterprise. Since you are a visitor, you will be given a white badge with CBOSS logo.

- Smoking not allowed in the building. Smoking grounds can be found outside.

- Need some R&R - welcome to the gym for a game of ping-pong or take a walk in the park- and come back fresh and ready for creativity.


Are there many stages left?

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

- Creativity;

- Capability of handling projects effectively both single-handedly and in team. As we have manifested we need to find and retain talents and that calls for a multi-stage selection system.

Depending on the position you are applying for you will have to pass up to 5 (five) tests and interviews. As usual, several stages can be passed within one day.

When all stages are over, all you have to do is to wait for the final decision that may arrive in two or three weeks.

 It would be impossible to realize our extensive plans without a brilliant team. By "team", we understand a highly motivated group of professionals capable of working quickly and effectively.

Most Russian companies use simplified personnel selection schemes. Our approach is quite different - we believe that it is a huge mistake to economize on selecting our future employees.

We rigidly select people putting them through a series of tests and interviews. We test the subject matter knowledge, general intellect and use psychological tests.

This approach allows us to increase the intellectual level of our personnel, reduce the staff turnover and improve work efficiency.

How to Know the Results

At every stage, we will let you know the result. If you are successful, we will make an appointment for the next interview.

The last step is the interview with the President of CBOSS Corporaion - Andrey Morozov. Make sure you have settled as many items as possible at the earlier stages (for example: about your salary, leaves, schedule, etc.).

Our corporation already numbers about 500 employees and it is still growing. It enrolls on average one employee every day!


You Could Have Done Better

If you think you were not treated fairly at some stage you can appeal to the Head of Human Resources department. You should just send an E-mail message to human_resources@cboss.ru
If your criticism is consistent, the interview results can be reconsidered. Moreover, your message will be taken into consideration while estimating the efficiency of Human Resources department.
