International CBOSS VAS - WEB 2008 Workshop to be Held in May

The VAS - WEB 2008: New Services and New Opportunities workshop will be held May 15-16, 2008 at the CBOSS Training Center, Moscow.

Workshop participants will get a valuable opportunity to acquire extensive information on new and future CBOSS products, innovative methods improving business performance, and original ideas helping them to retain existing subscribers and win niche markets.

The workshop is designed to keep our customers up-to-date with CBOSS value-added services and Internet products plus give a sneak peak at the latest features of existing solutions.

The event will feature numerous activities. The agenda includes presentations from CBOSS experts, as well as interactive round-table talks encouraging workshop attendees to share their hands-on experience. All CBOSS presentations will incorporate case studies, based on product usage statistics.

The workshop will also showcase upcoming features of messaging systems, particularly CBOSSsms HP NSK, new releases of CBOSSsmsRouter, CBOSSmcms and CBOSSasap meeting unique reliability and performance requirements. Moreover, to enhance user experience, VAS-WEB 2008 will feature demo stands demonstrating service operation under near real-life conditions.

In addition, the agenda includes special presentations on the usage and development of 3G products, corporate customer servicing, and comprehensive VAS implementation projects.

The workshop will provide a unique opportunity to ask any questions and discuss vital issues directly with CBOSS developers, implementation and support experts. Customer comments and feedback will become an integral part of the CBOSS product and service development strategy.
