CBOSS Enables Triple Interconnect in Record Time
CBOSS Corporation has concurrently implemented its solutions at three Bangladesh telecommunications companies, completing the projects within three weeks.
Last year, the Bangladesh government held a tender to provide International Gateways (IGW) and Interсonnect Exchange services. Twenty six companies participated in the tender, with three of them to receive licenses for IGW and two - for Interсonnect Exchange.
Three of five winners, namely, Bangla Trac, M&H Telecom and Mir Telecom Ltd. chose CBOSS as its partner to automate their business processes. Since these three telcos faced similar business tasks of managing transit traffic, they were provided with CBOSSinterConnect-based solutions.
CBOSS ran all three deployments concurrently. Leveraging its proven track record of international implementations and efficient project management methodology, CBOSS completed the projects within a record time of three weeks. During this period, the solutions were prepared for commercial launch, which enabled the customers to rate and bill interconnect traffic, and provide first reports to regulatory bodies and partners.

M&H Telecom is an ICX operator in Bangladesh. In February 2008 M&H Telecom acquired a fifteen-year renewable license to provide ICX services across the country. M&H Telecom goal is to provide high quality routing services in cooperation with IGW partners.
