Automatic Votes and Competitions System
CBOSSvote enables online interaction with wide audience via marketing researches, polls, free and paid contests, quizzes, games, betting, etc. Votes and contests may involve telco's subscribers only or mass audience. CBOSSvote registers participants’ replies to predefined set of questions, stores call data into the database and aggregates it for further analysis.
System Operation
To participate in a voting or contest, subscriber can make a call or send an SMS or USSD message to a dedicated multi-channel number. The system will play back the voting topic and answer variants. If a subscriber already knows the voting topic and answer variants, he may vote immediately. Web voting is also available.

Integration with SMS or USSD systems (e.g. CBOSSsms Short Message Service Center or CBOSSussd USSD Messaging Center) enables to collect user votes via SMS and USSD channels.
Integration with various analytical systems (e.g. CBOSSdss Decision Support System) enables to process the voting information, analyze answer distribution among voter groups (by marketing categories, settlement methods, tariffs, etc.), define group preferences and arrange target activities.
CBOSSvote Web interface can be integrated into a single set of the telecom operator's Internet services.
